well its cheap and near minimarket , a guest house (dormitory i think) in central jakarta. The rooms so small, barely any space left for you to do. well i think if you only need 1-2 days and just need one room for one person, try this

The staff were quite friendly. English is a problem for most of them, but Maureen was great. I chose this place only because it was within walking distance of the site where I am involved in charity work. Otherwise it is probably not for Western world foreigners. I never saw anyone but local Indonesians as guests. The room I had was incredibly small. 2 hangers on the wall. a 5 gallon hot water tank which was scalding at first but soon turned cold as the water ran out. I don't think the sheet on the bed (1 sheet, bottom only) had been changed in a month. 2 blankets - not sure they were every cleaned. I was on the fourth floor. All stairs. And the higher up, the hotter it got. The AC did work, slowly. The room had no outside window but rather a window into the hallway which meant that the light was on all night long in spite of the shade in the window. There was exactly ONE outlet for power, under the window, inconveniently placed for anything but the television on the wall. I guess it is sort of what I expected, but a little worse. I have stayed in worse places. But this one won't be on my list again.

Very clean place. Good airco. Nice staff. Hot shower. Only thing that doesn't make this place ideal is the neighborhood. There are not a lot of restaurants around, and walking the neighborhood is a challenge with the crazy traffic. Getting around with taxi's worked out fine though.

It is in the same codition when i stayed here before. Its is clean and comfortable, still no lift, but is absolutely okay for me since it gives me a good stay. Bath room small but clean and fresh. The room is huge for the fare, i think its almost imposible to get another hotel with this size and condition with that fare in central jakarta. Good location and easy to be accessed. Always be my favourite.

Very cheap. Its good choice if you only need to sleep. Its like a homeoffice, but build as a hotel/guest house. Its very clean, the towel also neat and clean. The bed very comfortable, wifi connection very strong. Although the TV channel only contain local channel, but its worth with the price. They also provide amenities. No breakfast offered, but they gave mineral water. Good.
